CALL-IN VISITORS Once you are ready to call in your next customer, you can choose who is called in. This decision may be based on the number of guests in the group, and service required, or the special request made by the customer.
SEND REMINDERS, REMOVE NO SHOWS The visitor is notified via SMS or email when it's their turn. They can reply to let you know if they are coming immediately or need extra time. You can move them back on the waiting list and send reminders or remove no-shows.
